LG CNS opened Metaverse town for customers.
Metaverse services, which are being used to target MZ generation in B2C industry recently, are now expanding into B2B (Intercompany-to-Business) areas.
LG CNS also had a preliminary call for new employees in a metaverse space last month.
LG CNS 'Metaverse Town' opens 24 hours a day to customers who are interested in DX (Digital Conversion) business and it is composed of various spaces such as ▲ a showroom ▲ seminar room ▲ lounge.
Customers who visit the site can experience DX services provided by LG CNS such as cloud, AI, logistics, and security. For example, visitors can watch smart logistics center videos implemented by digital twins and apply for a consultation with LG CNS experts.
In the showroom of LG CNS Metaverse Town, each business case can be reviewed through video clips, and in the seminar room, people can communicate with the presenter through a video meeting, sitting on a chair and entering as his avatar in a conference hall.
LG CNS is planning to conduct 'Application Modernization (AM) webinar' at its Metaverse Town Seminar Room on the 26th of this month. AM is expected to change the game in the IT service industry along with the cloud as a new paradigm. LG CNS is planning to present a plan to secure agility in a rapidly changing business environment in 'AM webinar’ and will also announce the latest analysis results of domestic AM markets from external experts.
Meanwhile, visitors can meet LG CNS experts by business area in the lounge, which is a space for networking and events, a DX quiz space, and a book cafe where you can apply for newsletters.
"Metaverse will become a game-changer in the future digital era after COVID 19," said Kim Hong-geun, executive director of LG CNS Chief Account Officer (CAO). "We will expand marketing activities using metaverse so that we can experience the necessity and effect of DX intuitively."
