Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission said it plans to launch “AI e-People” by applying new digital technologies such as AI, Metaverse, and Cloud to ‘e-People’, a pan-government national communication platform and representative civil service window.
To this end, the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission held a policy consultation meeting on April 18 to share information on the “Digital Twin” of LX Corporation, which supports policy decisions such as transportation and safety by implementing the national land in 3D spatial information and 'AI Risk Diagnosis Prediction Platform' of Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission, which analyzes big data on civil complaints and predicts issues related to public life and safety in advance.
The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission operates a pan-government public participation digital platform that listens to various voices of the public, including △ e-People △ People's Thinking △ People's Call 110 △ Joint Government Civil Service Center.
The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission has received and processed a total of 17.5 million public complaints last year and expects more than 20 million civil complaints this year due to COVID-19.
In response, the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission plans to upgrade “AI e-People” by applying new digital technologies such as AI, Metaverse, and Cloud to e-People, a pan-government national communication platform, and representative civil service window.
In addition, by analyzing hundreds of millions of big data on civil complaints accumulated through the e-People, unreasonable systems that cause public inconvenience have been discovered and improved.
The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission plans to implement an “AI-based Risk Diagnosis Prediction Platform” for issues directly related to people's lives and safety by utilizing AI for the analysis function of big data on civil complaints and converging various private data such as news and social network services (SNS).
Moreover, it plans to set up a venue for metaverse-based participation and communication at the e-People to overcome time and space constraints and meet in virtual spaces to discuss civil complaints and policy tasks.

An official from Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission said, "The 'Digital Twin' technology of the corporation is expected to greatly help develop a scientific analysis model of the ‘AI-based Risk Diagnosis Prediction Platform’ promoted by the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission."
