According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, companies from both countries discussed ways of cooperation to jointly enter the smart city construction market in third countries, such as Latin America and Asia, at the Korea – Spain Green Digital Business Summit held on the 16th in Spain, where President Moon Jae-in is on a state visit.
Spain, which has the world’s second-largest construction industry, and South Korea, which has high construction capacity and reliability, have decided to expand infrastructure cooperation in future urban development areas such as diversification of entry areas and smart city, according to the official Twitter of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
