GS25 introduced ' MooIn25', the industry's first mobile remote management solution that enables store management such as access control and management of unmanned convenience stores and crime prevention control in a smartphone environment.
GS25, a convenience store operated by GS Retail, has developed and launched MooIn25, a solution that can easily control unmanned convenience stores that were previously unable to control stores remotely with smartphones. It will be applied to unmanned convenience stores operating nationwide.
Unmanned store operators remotely control and monitor stores in real-time through unmanned Io apps from smartphones, minimizing response time in the event of store failures and minimizing inconvenience to customers to use stores.
"MooIn25 offers △ access details in the real-time △ temporary opening of the entrance △ rebooting in case of an entry authentication terminal error △ control of the volume of store speakers △ crime prevention control △ search for store visit information and use alarms.
In addition, the owner of the unmanned store can use the application by downloading the application in the Play Store or the App Store and by entering the issued ID and password.
GS25 plans to foster it as a remote management solution for implementing the best smart convenience store by updating inconveniences and additional requests and adding various functions after listening to opinions from the site such as managers, workers, and customers in the future.
“We have developed the first store management solution that can be controlled by smartphones in the industry for the stable and convenient operation of the continuously increasing unmanned stores,” said Kim Joo-hyun, head of the GS25 FS team. “Management shareholders plan to develop a variety of solutions that incorporate advanced IT technologies in the future to operate more convenient and efficient stores.”
