|Smart Today=Reporter Na Gi-cheon| Shinsegae Group announced on the 12th that Chairman Jeong Yong-jin will attend a Christmas dinner hosted by US Vice President J.D. Vance.
According to the group, Chairman Jeong departed to attend the dinner, which will be held at the Vice President's residence in Washington D.C. that evening local time.
Attendees will include key figures from the US political and business sectors, including members of the Rockbridge Network founded by Vice President Vance.
Chairman Jeong serves as the Asia Chairman of the Rockbridge Network. He is also a director of Rockbridge Network Korea, which was launched in October as a think tank.
Shinsegae Group stated, "Chairman Jeong will consider how the global network he has built can contribute to the growth of Shinsegae Group and, ultimately, to the development of the Korean economy."
